Inschrijven in Tilburg - Register in Tilburg

Mensen met de Oekraïense nationaliteit die in Tilburg (tijdelijk) worden opgevangen, kunnen zich bij de gemeente op dat adres inschrijven.

Mensen met de Oekraïense nationaliteit die in Tilburg (tijdelijk) worden opgevangen, kunnen zich bij de gemeente op dat adres inschrijven. De gemeente moet daarbij de identiteit en nationaliteit kunnen vaststellen aan de hand van een paspoort of ander identiteitsbewijs. De inschrijving in de BRP zorgt ervoor dat de IND automatisch wordt geïnformeerd. Asiel aanvragen is de eerste 6 maanden nog niet nodig. Deze regels kunnen wijzigen. Houd daarvoor de website van de IND in de gaten.

  • Een afspraak maken voor de inschrijving kan telefonisch: 14 013 (+3113 5428494).
  • U hebt ook een bewijs van verblijf nodig waarmee u laat zien dat u in Nederland mag zijn. U krijgt een sticker of pasje als bewijs. Dit bewijs is vanaf 31 oktober 2022 verplicht. U kunt dit aanvragen bij het IND. Bezoek de de website van de IND voor meer informatie.

Niet-Oekraïners met tijdelijke vergunning vallen vanaf 4 maart 2023 niet meer onder richtlijn

Hebt u niet de Oekraïense nationaliteit? En had u een tijdelijke verblijfsvergunning in Oekraïne, bijvoorbeeld voor werk of studie? Dan valt u vanaf 4 maart 2023 niet meer onder de richtlijn. Dit betekent dat u na het verlopen van uw sticker of pasje niet meer in Nederland mag blijven. Had u tijdelijke (inter)nationale bescherming in Oekraïne dan valt u nog wel onder de richtlijn

Verhuizen binnen Nederland of terug naar Oekraine

  • Als u naar een ander adres in Tilburg verhuist, moet u dit doorgeven.
  • Verhuist u naar een andere gemeente in Nederland, dan moet u zich in die gemeente inschrijven. U wordt automatisch uitgeschreven uit Tilburg. Dit is belangrijk voor het uitkeren van leefgeld.
  • Gaat u definitief terug naar Oekraine, of verhuist u naar een ander land? Dan moet u zich maximaal 5 werkdagen voor vertrek uitschrijven uit Nederland. Dat kan via de pagina 'verhuizing doorgeven' op deze site. 

  • Hulp bij terugkeer naar Oekraine

  • De 'Dienst Terugkeer en Vertrek' (DT&V) van de Nederlandse overheid helpt bij terugkeer naar Oekraïne. U kunt contact zoeken met DT&V via info@dtv.minvenj.nl.
  • De 'Internationale Organisatie voor Migratie' (IOM) helpt bij terugkeer naar andere landen buiten de EU. U kunt contact zoeken met IOM via 088 746 44 66 of 070 318 15 00.
  • DT&V en IOM bieden geen ondersteuning bij tijdelijke terugkeer.

People with Ukrainian nationality who are (temporarily) staying with family or acquaintances in Tilburg can register with the municipality at that address. The municipality must be able to establish their identity and nationality on the basis of a passport or other proof of identity. This registration ensures that the IND is automatically informed. Applying for asylum is not necessary during the first 6 months. These rules can change. Keep an eye on the IND website for this.

  • You also need a proof of residency showing that you are allowed to be in the Netherlands. You will receive a sticker or card as proof. A proof of residency is mandatory, from October 31, 2022. Check the IND website for more information. Visit the site of the IND

Non-Ukrainians with temporary residence permit are no longer covered by the directive after 4 March 2023

Are you non-Ukrainian and did you have a temporary Ukrainian residence permit, for example to work or study? Then you are no longer covered by the directive after 4 March 2023. This means that you are not allowed to stay in the Netherlands, after your sticker or card is expired. Did you have temporary (inter)national protection in Ukraine? Then you are still covered by the directive.

Relocation within the Netherlands or return to Ukraine

  • If you move to another address within Tilburg, you must indicate this to us. To do this, you can visit the page 'changing adress' on this site.
  • If you move to another municipality in the Netherlands, you must register in that municipality. You will automatically be deregistered from Tilburg. This is important for the payment of living allowance.
  • Do you return to Ukraine permanently or are you moving to another country? Then you must deregister with the municipality a maximum of 5 working days before departure. To do this, you can use the form 'Notification of move abroad'(pdf). You will then receive proof of deregistration by e-mail within 5 working days.

Help and support when returning to Ukraine

Vanaf 1 juli 2022 vallen ontheemden uit Oekraïne met een Burgerservicenummer onder de nieuwe Regeling Medische zorg Ontheemden (RMO). Dit betekent dat zij geen zorgverzekeringspremie of eigen risico hoeven te betalen.

From July 1, 2022 Ukrainian refugees with a citizen service number are covered by the Regeling Medische Zorg Ontheemden (RMO). This means that they don’t have to pay for health insurance or excess.

Voor vluchtelingen uit Oekraïne is een vergoeding beschikbaar waarmee ze in hun eerste levensbehoeften kunnen voorzien, het zogenaamde Leefgeld. Oekraïners die dat geld willen aanvragen, kunnen het onderstaande aanvraagformulier invullen en mailen naar leefgeldoekraine@tilburg.nl. 

Een medewerker van de gemeente neemt contact op voor een afspraak in de Stadswinkel Centrum aan het Koningsplein 10 in Tilburg. Om in aanmerking te komen voor de vergoeding, moeten vluchtelingen ingeschreven staan in de Basis Registratie Personen (BRP) van de gemeente. Hoe dat werkt, staat in de paragraaf hieronder. 

Ook is het belangrijk dat er een Nederlandse bankrekening wordt geopend om het geld op over te laten maken. Dat kan via onderstaande link. 

Inkomstenverklaring leefgeld Oekraïners inleveren

De Nederlandse regering wil dat werken loont. Daarom geldt vanaf 1 oktober 2025 een 115%-regel voor leefgeld. Dat wil zeggen dat het leefgeld pas stopt als uw inkomsten hoger zijn dan 115% van het leefgeld. Zijn uw inkomsten lager? Dan krijgt u aanvullend leefgeld tot 115% van het normbedrag. Het is heel belangrijk dat u elke maand uw inkomstenverklaring leefgeld aan ons doorgeeft. Hiermee kunnen wij uw leefgeld uitbetalen. Als u dit niet inlevert dan betalen wij u geen leefgeld. Let op: dit geldt alleen voor mensen in de gemeente Tilburg.

Inkomstenverklaring doorgeven

Wanneer kunt u uw inkomstenverklaring voor deze maand doorgeven? U kunt het inkomstenformulier invullen als u alle gegevens over deze maand heeft.
Heeft u géén inkomsten? Lever dit formulier ook dan in vóór het einde van de maand.
Heeft u wél inkomsten? Lever het formulier dan in zodra u uw loonstrook van uw werkgever heeft gekregen. Als wij dit hebben ontvangen, betalen wij uw leefgeld binnen 5 dagen.
Zolang u uw inkomstenverklaring (en uw inkomsten) niet aan ons heeft doorgegeven, ontvangt u van ons geen leefgeld.
U geeft uw inkomstenverklaring leefgeld maandelijks aan ons door via leefgeldoekraine@tilburg.nl.

Zijn er wijzigingen in uw situatie dan is het belangrijk om deze zo snel mogelijk aan de gemeente door te geven. Dit kan gevolgen hebben voor uw leefgeld. U kunt wijzingen doorgeven door het onderstaande formulier in te vullen en te mailen naar leefgeldoekraine@tilburg.nl.

Refugees from Ukraine can request an compensation for their basic necessities, the so-called Leefgeld. 

Ukrainians who want to apply for that compensation can complete the application form below and email it to leefgeldoekraine@tilburg.nl.

An employee of the municipality contacts you for an appointment at Werk en Inkomen in the Stadswinkel at the Koningsplein 10 in Tilburg. To be eligible for the reimbursement, refugees must be registered in the Basis Registratie Personen (BRP). For more information, see the paragraph below.

It is also important to have a Dutch bank account. The money can be transferred to that account. 

Submit your income statement 

The Dutch government thinks it's important that you get payed when you work. Therefore, a 115% rule for living allowances will apply from October 1, 2025. This means that the living allowance will only stop if your income exceeds 115% of the standard amount. If your income is lower, you will receive supplementary living allowance up to 115% of the standard amount. It is very important that you submit your income statement for living allowance to us every month. This allows us to pay your living allowance. If you do not submit it, we will not pay you any living allowance. Please note: this only applies to residents of the municipality of Tilburg.

Income statement

When do you have to submit your income statement for the month? You can complete the income statement form once you have all the information for the month.
If you have no income, please submit this form before the end of the month.
If you do have income, please submit the form as soon as you receive your payslip from your employer. Once we receive it, we will pay your living allowance within 5 days.
You will not receive any living allowance from us until you submit your income statement (and your income) to us.
You submit your income statement for living allowance to us monthly by leefgeldoekraine@tilburg.nl.

If there are any changes in your situation, it is important to report these to the municipality as soon as possible. This may have consequences for your compensation. You can report changes by completing the form below and emailing it to leefgeldoekraine@tilburg.nl.

Soms maakt u zogenaamde buitengewone kosten, bijvoorbeeld medische kosten, kosten voor schoolvervoer of reiskosten voor het halen van een werksticker bij de IND. Deze kosten kunt u via het onderstaande formulier terugvragen bij de gemeente. Vergeet niet om naast dit formulier ook een kopie van de rekening van deze kosten toe te voegen.

Let op, de buitengewone kosten worden alleen vergoed als ze voldoen aan de volgende voorwaarden:

  • De kosten zijn noodzakelijk en kunnen niet worden vermeden, zoals reiskosten naar de IND voor de werksticker.
  • De kosten kunnen niet zelf worden betaald (bijvoorbeeld vanuit het leefgeld of inkomen uit werk) en worden niet op een andere manier vergoed.
  • De kosten moeten vooraf worden aangevraagd, met uitzondering van noodsituaties.
  • U moet ingeschreven staan in de gemeente Tilburg.
  • U moet een bankrekening hebben.

Sometimes you incur so-called extraordinary costs, for example medical costs, costs for school transport or travel costs to obtain a work sticker from the IND. You can reclaim these costs from the municipality using the form below. Do not forget to attach a copy of the invoice for these costs in addition to the form.

Please note that extraordinary costs will only be reimbursed if they meet the following conditions:

  • The costs are necessary and cannot be avoided, such as travel costs to the IND for the work sticker.
  • The costs cannot be paid yourself (for example from living allowance or income from work) and are not reimbursed in any other way.
  • The costs must be requested in advance, with the exception of emergency situations.
  • You must be registered in the municipality of Tilburg.
  • You must have a bank account.
